Joan Helms is an organizational consultant with over 20 years professional experience working with government, non-profit and private sector companies. Joan has a proven history of producing positive, lasting results for organizations to build consensus, embrace common ground, and advance individual and organizational interests. Working closely with clients, Joan identifies issues, streamlines processes, and facilitates implementation of programs. Her clients use her services to assist them with assessment, planning, problem solving, leadership and staff training, board development and teambuilding sessions.

Joan has written for the Credit Union Executives Society's, The CEO/Board Bond. Her other writings have appeared in Credit Union News. Joan holds a BA and a MS degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
