Tony Carvajal, CAE, IOM

A regular consultant and trainer on leadership, teambuilding and management issues, Tony Carvajal provides a healthy dose of insight into the developmental and entrepreneurial challenges all types of organizations face. His expertise in strategy development is widely sought after by businesses, associations and local governments. As a speaker and writer he regularly takes audiences through  interactive and entertaining programs on performance, innovation and creativity.

Tony is president of his own consulting firm, but prefers to go by a more descriptive title: Primemover, Problem-Solver & Calmer of Chaos. He is a facilitator and trainer and a certified, if not certifiable, 5-foot-10 child looking for ways to weave in his humanistic approach and practical advice into everything he does. His consulting practice specializes in strategic planning, leadership & management training, Board & staff development, customer service, team-building, and group dynamics. Tony is recognized nationally as a leader in the development of human and group potential and effectiveness.

A doctoral student at Florida State University, has earned a Masters in Public Administration and holds undergraduate degrees in psychology and communications. He is a certified association executive (CAE) and a graduate of the US Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) where he earned a specialty certification in non-profit management and administration.
