Have an
open-ended discussion with coaches from other credit unions

Sometime you just need to talk with
other coaches to talk things through.
While professional coaches also
hire coaches, it may not be practical for you.
Therefore, this forum is an opportunity to network with
other credit union coaches who do similar things
including reinforcing the sales and service culture.

Carolyn Warden is a
coach to coaches.
Her credit union experience covers all sides of the
manager's desk, starting in the visitor’s chair as an
examiner over 25 years ago. Quickly she learned that if she
really wanted to be sure of what she was talking about she
needed to switch to management. Carolyn has been CEO & CFO
of four credit unions: from medium to super-sized. Since
forming her consulting practice, Carolyn has helped credit
unions become sales and service oriented by delivering
training and setting up the structure for culture change. |
