Gaining importance and popularity, incentive pay is the topic of many networking conversations. While credit unions are nonprofits, the bottom line, net worth and other financial measures depend on the focus of most every employee.

But what are the principles of this kind of compensation – of which there are many different kinds? Discover principles, concepts, and criteria that can form the basis of your emerging system, or a way of evaluating your existing system.
