This program is based on Solution Focused Coaching by Dr. Fred Waddell. Many credit unions have adopted his SFFC manual to guide their counselor/coaches. SFFC provides counselors with the tools to help a consumer see how to make the changes needed for a brighter financial future. The skills can assist in remedial coaching, to get the member out of financial stress, as well as help them get past living pay-check to pay-check.
