Better Board Meetings
Description
A Board meeting is the epicenter of a credit union's future – with aftershocks felt years later. The meeting is the confluence of the board's wisdom and power with the expertise of management, and has four major functions. Unintentionally, habits, myths, and folklore often dampen the awesome potential of this face-to-face time. This program challenges common meeting practices and offers new ideas and techniques to increase your meeting's value – and ultimately increase the health, growth and responsiveness of your credit union.
